Sport Canada deems gymnastics as a "CORE SPORT" that every child should experience. It is a foundation for all sports. At Gymtastiks, classes are about fun, fitness, fundamentals, friendship, and family. Gymnasts build strength, endurance, power, flexibility, agility, balance, coordination, and spatial awareness while learning basic gymnastic skills. Our qualified staff here in Moose Jaw is CPR Certified and trained through the National Coaching Certification Program. The staff's goal is to give your gymnasts positive and memorable experiences.
